留学芬兰移民：2022芬兰新政策权威解读，为留学生就业＆绿卡开放直通车
众所周知，芬兰政府最近通过了最新的留学签证政策，为了吸引国际人才颁布了史上最友好的政策。
我们关注其中的一条--学生的签证类型变成A类许可（之前是B类许可），而且是读本科的学生开始就可以持有A类许可。这个潜在的变化和芬兰的永久居留（绿卡政策是息息相关的），我们具体看看申请芬兰PR的规定：

You may get a permanent residence permit if:
you have lived in Finland continuously for four years with a continuous residence permit (the A permit); and
the requirements for granting a continuous residence permit still exist.
芬兰绿卡要求申请人连续持有4年A类许可就具备申请资格， 那么芬兰应用类本科的学习时间是3.5年或者4年，毕业后可以继续申请2年的post-study permit (移民局确认和学生之前的签证类型一致,也是A类许可）; 如果学生用读书的名义A类许可持有4年是否可以直接申请芬兰长期居留（PR)呢？-- 我们直接咨询了芬兰移民局，官方的回复如下：
If the student resides in Finland continuously for four years with a continuous residence permit while studying, the person can apply for a permanent residence permit after their studies. Please note that the person must have the grounds and meet the requirements for some other continuous residence permit (for example based on employment or family ties) when they apply for a permanent residence permit.
学生连续持有4年A类许可是具备申请资格，但是后面必须得有其它的理由继续持有A类许可， 比如工作或者结婚等。 直接读完本科就可以拿永居确实世界上也没有，但是如果本科毕业后可以找到一个工作或者结婚等，申请绿卡就没有问题了。之前芬兰的政策包括欧洲等国家都是要求工作4年后才具备申请资格，这已经大大缩短了获取身份的时间。 如果你拿到永久居留再继续在芬兰读硕士，免学费+享受芬兰学生的福利。
要珍惜这个力度非常大的一个政策改变！
如果读硕士的学生有2年的A类许可，然后毕业后再续2年的post-study 许可，那是否具备申请永居的资格呢？ 我们来看看芬兰移民局的官方回复：
If the person’s continuous residence permits don’t have gaps in between them, they can apply for a permanent residence permit after residing in Finland continuously for four years. It doesn’t affect their application if they have had continuous residence permit based on various grounds, it’s only important that the residence permits are continuous and there are no B-permits between them.
申请人只要是连续的4年A类许可（无论是什么理由的A类许可，比如读书2年工作2年；或者读书2年后结婚2年，这些都具备申请PR的资格。但是申请永居的时候，你持有A类许可的理由仍然存在才行; 如果持有A类许可中间转换到其它的B类临时许可，那时间就得重新计算。
记住芬兰留学的配偶也是可以持有A类许可的，如果在芬兰4年中间学一下芬兰语，然后找到一个part-time工作完全可以实现1人读书，1人工作自给自足的留学生涯。在持有接近4年许可的时候找到一个正式工作（或者开一个公司），那样就实现了全家移民的最低成本途径。
芬兰如此力度的政策，估计地球上仅此一家。
