1 .并列：划线处是两个动词的语义边界，要注意respond和前面的identify这两个动作的关系。
从5个选项来看，除了a使用定语从句外，BCDE试图将这2个动作按并列关系处理。
A放下，看着BCDE。
B这个doing结构是对前面动词的补充修饰，如果不确定的话可以留下。
C并行清除，D giving前没有支持此并行、杀的洞，E responding前没有支持此并行、杀的洞。
2 .修饰：留有A B C。 看分号后面，寻找选择的不同。
B、分号后是完整的句子，应该杀死。
a有两个不同，从其中一个不同之处下手就能找到正确的选项：
a ) a使用their指向c，直接使用了the researchers； 多一个，对愚蠢的人来说就多一个阅读障碍，找不到啊，容易找错误哦。 选择美得没指的、谁都能读的、c。
B ) Primary修饰语，a修饰动词to create，主要创造，c修饰目标，译为主要目标。
