作为免疫学发现(免疫学、传染病、眼科学( I2O )部门的一部分)的博士后研究人员，生成并分析空间转录组学和蛋白质组学/成像数据，以获取有关免疫细胞分布、组织内身份和功能的详细信息。
在这个职位上，你将做以下事情。
生成和分析高度复杂的切片和体积组学数据，以研究先天性和适应性免疫细胞在淋巴器官和炎症组织(主要是肺和肠组织)的行为和效应活动。
研究物理和化学线索调控免疫细胞相互作用和迁移的作用，以及这些过程如何影响分化事件和功能免疫。

您对空间转录组学、histo/成像细胞术、循环免疫荧光、成像细胞术等相关平台非常了解，至少对一个这样的平台有很深的专业知识。
将空间组学技术应用于免疫细胞表型、信号和复杂组织功能的成像。
你有良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，能建立良好的工作关系，是优秀的团队成员。
你的经验和研究态度使你能够独立工作，设计、执行和解释实验，并从事新的科学方法。
