2022西班牙留学签证材料和办理流程(附：最新入境政策)
一、西班牙留学概况

西班牙语是世界第三大语言，其使用者数量仅次于英语和中文。 世界上拉丁美洲的20个国家和美国、菲律宾的4亿多人使用西班牙语。 随着拉丁美洲国家在国际贸易交易中发挥着越来越重要的作用西班牙语已经成为最广泛的国际贸易交易语言之一
二、西班牙留学签证概况
去西班牙留学，签证很重要。 如果没有签证，拿到报价也没用。 西班牙留学签证要下多久？
西班牙留学签证审理时间约15个工作日，周末和法定假日等非工作日适当延长其他特殊情况也将延长，如申请人材料需进一步审查，延长30天或向申请人要求额外材料或要求申请人参加面试，审理时间可能延长60天
这么说来，工作日申请，如果没有其他特殊情况，大约15天就可以签字了
三.西班牙留学签证办理流程
第一步是确认区域
西班牙签证根据户籍和居住地送到不同地区的领事馆
西班牙领地分为北京领地、上海领地和广州领地三块。 具体的区域划分图如下
每个领区所要求的材料略微有差异，所以一定要找自己对应的地区！！
第二步，准备材料

注意：
对于健康领域的专业研究，申请人必须证明根据10月6日第1146/2006号皇家法令的规定获得学位，该法令规定了健康科学专家培训的特殊居住雇佣关系。
申请签证时提交的所有文件必须翻译和合法化，必须在公证人面前翻译成西班牙语，并由中国外交部和西班牙驻上海总领事馆合法化。 第一次合法化完成后，必须向中国当地外交部申请双重合法化，该机构将此文件送交西班牙驻上海总领事馆，进行第二次合法化。 申请人在当地外交部收集文件。
原文件未经翻译和合法化的文件不能接受
必须提交原文件的原件和复印件。

同样，收到签证后，申请人必须在签证有效期内进入西班牙领土。
护照复印件和所有可能的文件复印件必须双面提交，尽量占小体积。
未成年人无父母想在西班牙学习的，必须持有允许孩子在西班牙学习的公证书。 其中注明了孩子在哪里学习的学习中心和学习期限。 此外，还必须指定未成年人在西班牙居留期间由其监护人照顾。 公证书必须严格合法化，并翻译成西班牙语。

拿到公证书后，就开始双重认证。 双认证是指中国外交部的认证和西班牙驻华外交部的认证。 完成双重认证后，公证书的后面又多了两章，一个中国西班牙章。
第三步，资料准备好了，预约提交签证

签证政策：
上海、广州、北京片区开放签证申请。
入境政策：
留学生可以入境。 所有通过航空和海路入境的人员在出发前可在www.spth.gob.es网站或Spain Travel Health-SpTH手机app上拨打《健康申报表》 ( formulariodecontrolsanitario ) 完成后必须取得二维码，在登机和抵达西班牙时出示。
接种的疫苗必须是欧洲药品管理局或世界卫生组织批准的(辉瑞、莫德纳、星盘、约翰逊、北京生物、柯兴)疫苗。 申请人须至少在14日前完成所有接种并提供证明材料。
隔离政策：所有国际旅客抵达西班牙后必须接受14天的隔离期。
